  • Fully integrated non-ferrous forging and machining facility with CAD/CAM enabled tool room equipped with CNC and VMC Machines.
  • Forging presses available from 100MT to 400MT capacity along with trimming presses.
  • Production capacity of more than 400MTPA and a provision to increase the capacity to 1600 MTPA.
  • In-house foundry for producing non-ferrous castings.
  • The Captive machine shop to finish machine the castings and forgings.

  • We have a fully equipped manufacturing facility for casting components.

  • 3-D CNC Engraving Machine.
  • The program is directly fed to the VMC for machining of the die. Any sharp corners or tight areas are finished by using the Spark Erosion or Electric Discharge machine.
  • The branding or part numbering is completed by using the 3_D engraving machine.
  • This enables us to have complete control over the development process and minimize development lead-time.
