Foundry

We supply non-ferrous castings made at our foundries. A foundry or metal factory casts metals into shapes by melting them down and pouring the molten liquid into a sand, ceramic or metal mould to form geometrically complex parts. The metal is then allowed to cool, as the metal solidifies. We have the following facilities in the foundry:

• Induction Furnace 125 KW
• Sand Casting
• Gravity Die Casting
• Shell Moulding

Metals Cast:

• Copper Alloys – CDA95600, CDA83300, CDA84400, AB1, AB2, PB1, PB2, Brass etc.
• Aluminium Alloys – A356, LM6, LM24, ADC-12 etc.

Cast Weights: 20 grams to 20 kgs

Monthly Production Capacity : 40 tons per month
