Sales Engineer

Qualification:

BE Mech/ MBA Marketing ( preferred international marketing ).

convent schooling location Baner.

6-8 years experience of working in engineering exports ( min 15-30 cr ).

preferably metal forgings export experience.

Job Description:

  • Receive RFQs get estimation - make quote - send quote - followup for orders.
  • Make ESPL drg and define CTQs.
  • Keep all information updated on CRM.
  • Contact exisiting customers for orders for developed parts.
  • Contact existing customers for new parts for development.
  • Track all dispatches upto Delivery to customer in stagewise calendar.
  • Improve Cost of Logistics per kg by getting quoted from other vendors.
  • Improve delivery lead time by getting quotes from other vendors.
  • Track invoices raised and paid as per credit period.
  • resolve issues related to debit and credit notes to match customer ledgers.
  • Ensure all technical data received from customer and help design to complete RFQ spec sheet.
  • Track sample development process and resolve any data requirements (drg, process or QA related).
  • Ensure delivery of samples to customers.
  • Follow up and get the part approved.
  • Follow up for sales order and release order to Production.
  • Track customer complaints for quality and late delivery.
  • Close customer complaints.
  • Get customer satisfaction survey conducted every year.
  • Arrange customer visits and entertain them.
Key Account Officer/Assistant

Qualification:

BE Mech/ MBA Sales & Marketing.

3-6 years experience in engineering exports (preferably metal forgings).

Skills:

Strong key account management skills..

Excellent market research abilities.

Proven ability to follow up with customers.
