Cost analysis and Finalisation

We conduct a detailed cost analysis and arrive at a realistic cost estimate including material costs, manufacturing costs, overheads and total investment required for developing the products.

Our engineers specialise in manufacturing processes in several categories of engineering industry. This comes handy while analyzing costs. They also suggest innovative solutions that make the winning difference.

Supporting Development

We coordinate with the vendors to ensure that they understand the requirements fully and the development is completed within the specified time frame. Our engineers are fully conversant with several manufacturing processes and provide problem-solving solutions wherever necessary.

We make use of our supplier database to get the tooling development completed efficiently. Our engineers work onsite as well as off site during the development process.

Total Order Management

Each Individual order is broken down into separate steps and monitored carefully to ensure timely manufacturing of products of desired quality. Any delays are identified promptly and our engineers take the responsibility of getting the order back on schedule once again.

Quality Inspection

The product quality is first specified in engineering terms and in-process as well as final inspection is carried out on-site to ensure 100% compliance of quality requirements. The latest techniques in Quality management including SQC, AQL, sampling plans, process capability and so on are put to use during the entire production. If required, our inspection personnel work on-site for on-line inspection.

Logistics

There is no point in having quality products unless they are made available at the right time.

Based on experience and knowledge of local environment, we make sure that bottlenecks are removed and the products are delivered at the right time.

We also take efforts on a regular basis, to optimize the cost structure through our good relations with renowned multi-modal transporters.

Communication Backbone

A strong and real-time communication link is very important in international business and goes a long way in building mutual trust and understanding. In all these stages, all the concerned parties are kept updated about the various developments as and when they happen.

We inform our customers about any deviations as and when they happen along with the suggestions and corrective actions taken.
Unlike a typical buying house, we take financial responsibility for the results. For working together, we offer two alternatives
We can source goods as per customers' requirements and send them to the customers on our account. In this case we take the additional responsibility of making the products available to customers at their warehouses.
Alternatively, we can identify vendors for the customers. They can export directly to the customers and we can do the necessary coordination for quality and time targets.
